Russell Demerse

Russell practices in the law firm’s civil litigation and family law groups. He joined Cook Roberts LLP after beginning his career in his hometown at a regional north island law firm.

Russell is committed to helping his clients resolve their matters as favourably as possible, whether that resolution is best achieved in or outside of the courtroom. He strives to conduct his practice in a manner that is straight forward, practical, and focused on the right result.

Russell has attained successful outcomes for his clients at all stages of disputes from pre-litigation through to and including the completion of trial in Provincial and Supreme Court.
