Power of Attorney

It does not give the power to make decisions regarding your healthcare (see information under “Representation Agreement” below).

Representation Agreement

Your appointed representative would be able to make healthcare decisions such as consenting or refusing medical treatment, admission to a care facility, and end of life treatment. Estate Administration
