Leah practices in the areas of family law, business law (including employment law), residential real estate, and estate planning and administration.
In her family law practice, Leah provides legal advice to her clients about parenting, child support, spousal support, and division of property. Leah prepares family law agreements (cohabitation/marriage agreements and separation agreements) and divorce applications.
In her business law practice, Leah advises and represents owner-managed businesses on corporate matters, commercial transactions, employment agreements and disputes, and succession planning. Leah also assists individual clients in residential real estate transactions and with estate planning.
Leah was born and raised in Victoria. Leah is involved in her community through athletics and volunteer positions. Outside of the office, Leah enjoys exploring BC and travelling with her young family.
