Jessica Izard is a general solicitor with a broad practice focused on providing practical legal advice across a range of matters. She assists individuals and families with estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and health care representation agreements, and guides executors and beneficiaries through the estate administration process, including obtaining grants of probate.
Jessica also advises business owners at all stages, from incorporation and corporate structuring to shareholder agreements, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes assisting clients with buying and selling real estate.
Raised in Victoria, Jessica values being part of the local community and building long-term relationships with her clients. She is committed to delivering timely legal services tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys staying active and making the most of Vancouver Island. She can often be found cycling, playing ultimate frisbee, or exploring the outdoors.
