Fabio practices in real estate and corporate and commercial law, including the purchase
and sale of businesses and real estate, and estate planning and administration.
Prior to joining Cook Roberts, Fabio practiced in the Greater Vancouver area and
articled and summered at the Vancouver office of an international law firm. He obtained
his JD from the University of Victoria before returning to Victoria to join Cook Roberts.
During law school, Fabio served as Vice President of the Law Students’ Society and as
Student Representative to the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch. In his final year,
he studied on exchange at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
