Craig practices in the firm’s Tax Group and Business Law Group. His practice focuses
on the areas and tax planning for individuals and corporations. Craig works with clients
to develop and implement tax effective plans. These plans often involve tax-deferred
corporate reorganizations, estate planning, trusts and family business structures.
Craig advises clients with respect to acquisitions or sales of businesses, incorporations,
shareholder agreements, partnerships agreements and joint ventures. Craig has
developed an expertise in tax efficient buying and selling of businesses and helps
clients maximize their after-tax assets.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Craig was a professional musician. He has performed with
the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, the Windsor
Symphony Orchestra and Tafelmusik.
