Averi maintains a broad civil litigation practice, representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes. She assists clients with cases before the Supreme and Provincial Courts and has experience with matters before the BC Securities Commission.

Born and raised in Sidney, BC, Averi is pleased to have returned home to build her practice on Vancouver Island. Prior to joining Cook Roberts, she summered and articled at a national law firm in Vancouver. Averi is committed to giving back to her community, an approach shaped by her experience with the University of Victoria’s pro bono legal clinic and her time with the BC Ministry of Attorney General.
Outside the office, she can often be found at Roberts Bay in Sidney or on walks with her Pomeranian, Nala.
