Ramin Erfanifar

Ramin practices primarily in the areas of business law and commercial real estate. He routinely assists his business clients form partnerships, incorporate and reorganize private companies, negotiate commercial leases, and buy and sell businesses and other assets. He also provides strategic advice to his clients in all aspects of commercial development, from land acquisition to subdivision, and from construction to disclosure statements.

Ramin is the current chair of the Commercial and Real Property section of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch. He is also serving as a Director on the St. Christopher’s Montessori School Board.
