Ralston’s preferred areas of practice include commercial relationships and transactions, real estate development and institutional representations, such as Hospital Authorities, Government agencies, and the Land Title & Survey Authority of British Columbia.
Ralston has been involved in his community and nationally as a volunteer on a number of organizations including his current service on the Victoria Police Board.
Ralston has also served the legal profession in British Columbia in various capacities over his career including in the Law Society of British Columbia where he was President in 2005 and a Bencher from 1999-2005. While with the Law Society he served on a wide variety of committees and chaired both the Ethics Committee and the Credentials Committee.
