Peter is known as one of British Columbia’s leading trial counsel, having represented individuals and companies in complex litigation at all levels of court in Canada, in British Columbia and other provinces. He has been recognized for excellence and effectiveness in advocacy both in British Columbia and the United States.
Peter is frequently retained by both public and private sector clients to arbitrate or mediate disputes. He has been appointed Special Prosecutor by the Province of British Columbia, and a Special Commissioner to the BC Utilities Commission.
